You can select multiple SAP Notes in the Note Assistant and set them in various processing statuses.
Step 1: On the start screen of the Note Assistant, select multiple notes with the status New or In Process by selecting the Select/Deselect (F9) push button. As below example, we want to select 0002490973 & 0002491025 and set the processing status for both of the SAP Notes.
Once you select both with F9 button, it will be in yellow highlighted.
Step 2: From the SAP Note menu, select on Set Processing Status.
Step 3: Set the processing status for the both SAP Notes. In this example, we are setting them as In Process.
Step 4: The next screen will prompt you the message status of the processing state. If it’s green (like below screenshot), means everything is okay. If yellow or red, you have to further check on the warning or error messages.
Step 5: It’s done and you can see both SAP Notes are in In Processing state now.
