Login to the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, right click on the database, select Tasks, Shrink, Files.
On next window, change File Type to Log.
You may choose the shrink action available below,
- Release unused space
- Reorganize pages before releasing unused space
- Empty file by migrating the data to other files in the same filegroup
