This tutorial will explain to you on how do we uninstall the ABAP add-on component from the SAP system. In this example, we are going to uninstall POASBC component and please refer to the SAP notes or SAP guides before you remove the component.
Login to the SAP system in client 000 and execute transaction code SAINT. Go to Uninstallable components tab and select POASBC.
Before you start the uninstallation, open the SAP Note associated with the ABAP component. Some steps may be required before or after the uninstallation. On the start options, select to start the execution in the background.
The uninstallation kick starts now. You can click on the refresh to see the latest status of it.
You will receive below message once the uninstallation is successfully completed. Choose [LOGS] to display the import logs and choose [FINISH] to finish the uninstallation.
