The steps to update the Introscope Enterprise Manager Management Modules are really straight forward and you can also refer to SAP Note 2627272 – How to deploy / Install / Update Introscope Enterprise Manager Management Modules – SAP Solution Manager for details.
Step 1: Download the ‘WILYISMMXX_XXXXXX.zip’ file from the SAP Launchpad. Once downloaded, unzip the file to a temporary folder location.
Step 2: Stop the Introscope Enterprise Manager.
Step 3: Go back to the temporary unzip location folder, move and replace all of the content from the folder to \usr\sap\CCMS\apmintroscope.
Step 4: Start your Introscope Enterprise Manager and confirm everything is working fine by login into the web administration page.
