Parameter Description
The server-specific checking of cookies during every HTTP request activated with ~SAP_SSO_MANDATORY = 1 is only performed if icf/ssocookie_mandatory = 1. If icf/ssocookie_mandatory = 0, the additional check can be deactivated in general. See SAP Note 1266780.
