Parameter Description
Maximum number of ABAP sessions that belong to an “external session ID” (ESID).
The ESID can be used to manage sessions for HTTP applications of a user.
In practice, it is used – for example – for ABAP applications in the SAP Enterprise Portal as well as for SAP CRM.
The parameter icm/HTTP/esid_max_ctx specifies how many ABAP sessions are allowed per ESID, that is, for each logged on user.
