You are getting below error message while executing transaction codes that will displays charts ie DB02.
IGS is not available (RC=1). No charts will be displayed.
Solution
Check the following items,
• In the operating system level, ensure these processes igsmux_mt and igspw_mt are running. You can get this using the command ps -ef | grep *igs
• Using transaction code SE38, run the program GRAPHICS_IGS_ADMIN.
• Check the RFC connection IGS_RFC_DEST in the transaction code SM59.
