You can increase the number of day, week and month of the workload analysis in transaction code ST03N.
1. Open transaction code ST03N. Choose the Expert mode. Go to Collector and Performance DB > Workload Collector Database > Reorganization. Double click the Control
2. Switch to change mode and change the number based on daily, weekly and monthly aggregates on Task Type Profile.
