Options for LDAP auto registration
Parameter Description
You can use this parameter to set additional options for automatic registration in an LDAP directory. The string consists of [attribute]=[value] pairs separated by “;”.
The values currently accepted for this parameter are as follows:
1. DirType=NT5ADS: The directory to be used is a Microsoft Windows Active Directory. Additional Microsoft-specific values are stored in the directory. If ldap/servers is not specified, the system searches uses DNS queries to search for a Microsoft Windows Domain Controller either for the host’s domain or (if set) for the domain specified with NT5ADSDomain=[domain].
2. NT5ADSDomain=[domain]: see above
Example: DirType=NT5ADS;NT5ADSDomain=sap.com
