Message no. E0707: Not possible to transport in client XXX

Symptom

You want create a transport in the SAP system but stuck with below error,

Not possible to transport in client XXX
Message no. E0707

Diagnosis
The transport functionality is not currently available in client XXX

Solution

Go to transaction code SCC4. Under the Changes and Transports for Client-Specific Objects, deselect option Changes w/o automatic recording, no transport allowed. You can select any other options instead (depend on your client setting usage – development, quality or production)

Click on Save to apply the changes. You can now create a transport request!
