Object R3TR is in repair status. Therefore, it cannot be imported

You are doing support packs upgrade (import queue) but ended with below error,

Diagnosis
Object R3TRnnnnmmmm is in repair status. Therefore, it cannot be imported.

System Response
The object is not imported.

Procedure
If you still want to import the object,
release the relevant repair and repeat the import.

Solution

1. Go to transaction code SE03. Double click on Display Repaired Objects under the Objects.

2. Select the Object and delete it. Then, you can resume the import queue back.
