rdisp/check_load

Parameter

rdisp/check_load

Short text

Check for server with high load

Parameter Description

This parameter controls if the current workload of the target server is to be taken into consideration or not when sending requests. If the workload is to be taken into consideration and the receiving sender has a high load as well, then the sender if stopped after a certain number of requests. This should prevent bottlenecks occurring for critical resources on the target server (for example, queue overflow or outgoing communication blocks).

Caution:

Since this check is important in order to avoid overload situations, the check should not be deactivated in normal cases. The prerequisite for the check is that the load calculation is active (see parameter rdisp/calculateLoadAverage).
