You want to reset the SUM upgrade and starts from scratch again.
Solution
From the top menu, click on Update > Reset Update. Next, press OK on the confirmation box. Press OK if you are getting error like below,
Unable to reset the upgrade
Unable to execute the SDT request list SUM
Revoke is not allowed for the current operation extract
3. Again, from the top menu, click on Update > Stop Update. Click OK on the confirmation box.
4. Now, go to the extracted SUM directory and delete the whole folder. You may need to extract the new SUM again. If this not working, change the SUM folder to the new name.
5. Once all done, you can execute the SUM again and it will start from fresh!
In the new SUM, the steps are nearly the same. From the top left, click on More > Reset.
Click Yes.
Once the procedure finished, choose “Cleanup” from the “More” menu.
From below screenshot, click on “More” and “Exit”.
Done!
