Symptom
Most likely, this problem will occurred when you are doing system refresh or system copy. You can reproduce the error as below,
1. From transaction code RSA1, double click on DataSources > Choose the respective Source System.
2. Select of any data source listed and go to the top menu, select Goto > Proof of Origin.
3. By right, the data source should prompt / direct to the source system but it’s pointing to your own system!
Solution
Make sure you verify and test everything works as per SAP Note 1478123 – FAQ: Source system. In our case, we missed out the target (source system) for RFC connection [LOGSYS]_DIALOG destination.
