Symptom
After the SAP system refresh in BW environment, you realized that in the transaction code RSA1 (from the Source Systems) – the SAP system is located under the BW folder. By default, the SAP system should be parked under the SAP folder.
Solution
Follow the steps as in SAP Note 1087980. Basically, the report will helps you to regenerate the SAP systems under the SAP folder.
