Parameter Description
As of release 4.0, this value must end with 8 ‘+’ characters. It can also end with 15 ‘+’ characters (important for NT as there is no upper/lower case in file names). In earlier releases the name could end with anything but must have at least 7 ‘+’ characters after the final directory separator.
