You can use the report RSSODLIN from the transaction code SE38 to perform the folder entries deletion for any specific user in the SAP system.
Taking an example below, we want to delete the following folder entries for all the SAP* user. You can tick the “Run as test” for testing purposes.
- Inbox
- Outbox
- Trash
- Resubmission
- Personal folder – documents only
- Personal folder – documents and folders
The next screen will show you the list and status of folder deletions and all the impacted SAP* users.
