The report RSTRFCEG is used to find and delete any inconsistencies of outbound queues in the SAP system. You can execute the report by using transaction code SE38 and execute through foreground or background. The report will check the based on the following items. You can select the option Check only if you want to perform the checking without any deletions.

• QREFTID
• ARFCSSTATE
• ARFCSDAT
