You are doing profile consistency check from transaction code RZ10 / RZ04. But, you are ended with following error,
Only one profile specified You must specify 1 default and at least 1 instance profile
Solution
Your SAP system should have both DEFAULT and INSTANCE profile from the transaction code RZ10. Else, you may need to define or import those profiles from operating system.
