Symptom
You are getting error message while trying to edit an object in SAP system.
Solution
1. Go to transaction code SCC4. Choose Automatic recording of changes and Changes to Repository and cross-client Customizing allowed.
2. Go to transaction code SE06. Change the Global Setting to Modifiable.
the solution 1 is off in my system..iam using SAP4.7E..IDES…
When i use to change nothing is effecting what can i do in this situation…
What are the error messages?
