The SAP status bar is located at the bottom of the SAP screen. It presents you the general information on the SAP System and transaction code or task you are currently working on.
The status bar is divided into 3 area – left, center and right area.
Left area status bar = Display the system messages.
Center status bar = SAP logo
Right area status bar = Display the SID with client number, server name and INS/OVR mode.
To get details on current logged in screen, you can click on v icon (next to SID/client). You will find the following details,
• System
• Client
• User
• Program
• Transaction
• Response time
• Interpretation time
• Round Trips / Flushes
You can click the > button to display or hide the status field.
