Transaction code SARA is an archive administration tool that is used to write, delete and manage all data archive in SAP system. Data archiving will removes bulk data which is no longer required in the SAP system, but which must be retained accessibly from the database. In the SAP system, archiving is performed by archiving object. There are different archiving objects in SAP system depending on the data which they archive. The archiving procedure comprises of two main steps which are jobs to write the messages to the archive and jobs to delete the archived message.
