Report SBAL_OBJECT_ RECORDS_COUNT is introduced mostly to find out the most feeding application (OBJECT, SUBOBJECT, MANDANT). The output of the report is a list of OBJECTS and SUBOBJECT and number of records.
As an example, we are going to count logs on object CALE (this is BDLS conversion logs). So, from above screenshot, define the client (if you want to look in specific client and enter CALE in Object field. Press F8 (or execute) and you will see below similar output.
