Use this report BTC_SEND_SPOOLLIST_AS_DAT to send spool lists of a job in the format “Text with Tabs”. The files that are created can be edited with a spreadsheet program.
Activities
With this report you can either send the spool list of a job that has already been executed, or you can use the report as the last step when scheduling a new job.
In the latter case, create a variant and leave job name and job count empty.
