By default, transaction code SE16N_EMERGENCY is locked and you will get below error message when executing it.
Transaction SE16N_EMERGENCY is locked (local customizing lock)
To get rid of this error, go to transaction code SM01_CUS and unlock the SE16N_EMERGENCY.
Once unlocked, execute the transaction code again and it will automatically prompt you to the SE16N screen with edit mode.
For the testing purposes, we use table USR02 to change the lock for user ADMHELP from 64 to 0.
Click save to apply the changes.
Enter a reason for the changes.
Done!
