You encounter the following error message when opening the Connector Administration Cockpit and need guidance on how to resolve it.
Solution
The steps to resolve the issue shared in SAP Note 2251164 – Authorization Update Failed – Connectors in Status Authorization Update Failed.
Method 1:
In ESH_COCKPIT transaction, select the connectors in status “Auth Update Failed” and press the option “Actions” -> “Update Authorization Data”
Method 2:
Run report ESH_ADM_RECALC_AUTHS. Start the report with option “Where status = Failed”.
