Set Dependencies on SAP Transport Requests

In order to organize the transport request sequence, you can set the dependencies between the transports. Example, transport A need to be import first and follow by transport B or both need to import together at the same time.

To achieve this, create relationships between requests from different projects and the transport requests should be in modifiable state.

1. Execute transaction code SE01. Search the transport requests by user. Highlight the transport request name and click Goto > Dependency Information.

2. A dialog box of Dependency Infos for Request XXXX will appear. Click on Add Entry (F7). Enter the transport request number and select the dependency type. You might need to enter the reason as well.

• Successor: Must be imported after the current request
• Predecessor: Must be imported before the current request
• Both request must be imported together
