Symptom
In the transaction code SM21, you noticed that below error keeps generating,
Nametab-Inconsistency for Table XX regarding buffering of database views
If you double click on the system message, you will find below notification,
According to the nametab, there are buffered DB views for the specified
table. This is incorrect.
Activate the specified table with transaction SE11. Otherwise you can
expect performance to worsen slightly.

Depending on your SAP release, please refer to SAP Note 591983 and 1314178.
