You have encountered an error message of “Action unknown in SDBAP” in the transaction code SM37. The job is in cancelled status and it is related to the DBA planning calendar jobs.
Solution
Execute transaction code DB13 – DBA Planning Calendar and perform the Cleanup activity.
The cleanup activity will delete all the relevant data in the control tables. Additionally, it will also delete the SM37 released job with naming of DBA*.
Note: If the DB13 cleanup doesn’t fix the issue, you may use transaction SM37 to delete all scheduled jobs with the prefix DBA*. Then, delete the contents of the SDBAP, SDBAR, SDBAH tables in transaction SE16. If the DB6PMPROT table exists (depending on the release and Support Package), also delete their contents.
