SM37: Error in Control Framework

Symptom

In transaction code SM37, job is failing with below error,

Job started                                                          
Step 001 started (program xxx, variant xx, user ID xx)      00           550          S
Error in Control Framework                                  FES          022          E
Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE          00           564          A

Solution

1. Go to transaction code SM13, ST22 for error details.
2. Check on the job variant (last changed).
3. Compare with last successful job (job variant, user and etc).
