In our recent issue, we are keep getting the “connection closed” message, every time we perform the RFC connection test. This is happening on our ADS RFC destination.
As you all know, the ADS connection is based on type G (HTTP Connection to External Server).
Solution
Go to Logon & Security tab, switch the SSL to Active and use the DEFAULT SSL Client (Standard).
Please also ensure the client certificate is applied at the DEFAULT SSL Client Standard in transaction code STRUST.
