1. Execute transaction SMQ1. Enter the appropriate information on Client, Queue Name, Queue Destination and Waiting Queues Only or you can left the fields with symbol *. Click execute to start hunting the hanging outbound queue.
2. You can also use this transaction to monitor the status of the LUWs in the outbound queue and restart any hanging queues manually.
