snc/accept_insecure_rfc

Parameter

snc/accept_insecure_rfc

Short text

Accept insecure incoming RFC connections on an SNC-enabled application server

Parameter Description

By default, after the Secure Network Communication (SNC) module is activated, an SAP application server rejects all incoming conventional (non SNC-secured) RFC connections from external C programs or SAP systems.

If you also want to continue to accept insecure RFC connections (for example, from old RFC programs or SAP systems without SNC), you need to configure that using this switch.

This parameter initially relates to all RFC connections, including those from the same SAP system (internal RFCs). You can perform additional configuration for the effect on internal RFCs using parameter snc/accept_insecure_r3int_rfc.
