You want to manually upload the SAP Note correction using the transaction code SNOTE. But, the upload is halt due to below error,
Solution
The error occurred, because you have uploaded the SAR file directly.
You have to UNCAR the SAR file first and from the extracted .ZIP file, extract it using WINZIP / WINRAR utility. The final file will be in the text type and locate this text file when you upload from the SNOTE.
