You can use transaction SODIS to store details about the company structure and contact data. When sending a document from the SAP system using Business Communication Services, these details are then placed before the document, or included in the document. In this way, you can meet regulations about disclosure in electronic communications.

You can maintain the disclosures depending on the sender. In this way, you can create appropriate details for different parts of the company.
- Create disclosures for your enterprise areas under “Documents”.
- Assign the documents to users, company addresses or domains and fax numbers. The assignment refers to the sender of the messages.
- Define a document under “Standard Disclosures”. The standard text is used if no other assignments can be found.
- Under “No Disclosures”, you can define exceptions for which no disclosures are inserted.
Standard Disclosures
- Create a standard text for the disclosures. The standard text is used if no other assignments can be found. This ensures that no messages are sent without disclosures if an assignment was deleted or edited incorrectly.
No disclosures
- No disclosures inserted into the document for the specified sender. These exceptions can be used for automated messages sent by certain senders.
