SOST: Cannot process message, no route from USER to EMAIL

You are sending email from the SAP system. In transaction code SOST, the email has not been sent with below error message.

Solution

1. Go to transaction code SCOT. Double click on SMTP.

2. Select Node in use. Then, try to send the email again.
