You want to upload the packages from the file system but you have stuck with below error, “Unable to open OCS file CSNxxxx”.
Solution
• Ensure the DIR_EPS_ROOT is pointing to correct path.
• Check and correct the permission of DIR_EPS_ROOT directory in operating system level.
