Symptom
• You are getting error, “SSF error: Invalid signer, Message no. 1S005” on SAP Content Server, transaction code CSADMIN and OAC0. The SSF prod. is SAPSECULIB.
• You have checked on transaction code STRUST and confirm that the certificate is correct.
• In transaction code ST11 under dev_icm the error is showing,
ERROR: SapSSLSessionStart + SSSLERR_SSL_CONNECT
"the verification of the server's certificate chain failed"
Found root certificate of <xxxxxxx> which does not fit the given PKRoot
Solution
Go to transaction code SFFA via client 000. Double click SAPSECULIB to open the parameters.
2. Check and confirm the parameter is set correctly especially on SSF Profile ID (Opt).
