(STC01) SAP_BASIS_CONFIG_OSS_COMM: Necessary certificates not found

You want to enable the note assistant for digitally signed SAP notes. While performing the SAP_BASIS_CONFIG_OSS_COMM in transaction code in STC01, below error message prompt out.

Certificate >VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary Certification Authority - G5&lt; not found
Certificate >DigiCert Global Root G2&lt; not found
Certificate >DigiCert High Assurance EV Root CA&lt; not found

Solution

Download the missing certificate from the SAP Note 2631190 – Download location of SSL certificates required for Support Hub Connectivity configuration.

Apply the certificates into both PSE for SSL client SSL Client (Standard) and SSL client SSL Client (Anonymous) in the transaction code STRUST.

The SSL client SSL Client (Standard) PSE will be used for the SAP’s support backbone destination.
The SSL client SSL Client (Anonymous) PSE will be used for the SAP support hub connectivity which uses Web proxies and logical ports (SOAMANAGER). This is specific to SAP Solution Manager product.
