Type of forms in SAP system,
- Customer Forms
- Total number of your forms.
- SAP Forms
- Total number of original SAP forms.
- Draft Forms
- Total number of forms in a draft state. Draft forms are forms that are not currently in production and therefore do not count as a licensed/unlicensed form.
Steps
Launch the SAP NetWeaver Administrator page. Go to Configuration > Infrastructure. Select Licensing under Adobe Document Services.
License Adobe document services
Click on Set System Status and check the box on “This system is licensed for the use of SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe”.
Configure License Status Calculation
Enter the execution time (in 24 hour format). The license status calculation will runs once a day at the given time.
Run License Status Calculation
Finally, click on Run License Status Calculation. This will immediately verify the license status of all interactive form designs processed till date.
The system queries your SAP system, modifies the total number of licensed and unlicensed interactive form designs, and updates the list of unlicensed interactive form designs accordingly.
