
You are importing a transport request and the importing keeps running like forever.

You observed the following error message from the TP SYSTEM LOG (SLOG).
Note: You can get to the below screen with Goto > tp System Log.

Solution
Login to client 000 and launch transaction code SE38.
Execute the report RDDNEWPP. Choose Normal.

Go to transaction code SM37 to check the job completion.

You can also see the log from TP SYSTEM LOG, the TP starts progressing as well.

The next thing to do, refresh the STMS import queue screen and your transport request shall complete in the near time.
