STMS: connection closed (no data)

When you execute transaction code STMS, below error was encountered – connection closed (no data).

Solution

1. Check the RFC connection on the transaction code SM59. Confirm that TMSADM user account / status is correctly maintained.

2. Refer to https://itsiti.com/stms-password-logon-no-longer-possible-too-many-failed

3. If step 1 & 2 not solving the issue. Check on parameter login/password_change_for_SSO. If the parameter is set to 3, check on user type TMSADM. Ensure the TMSADM user is set to SYSTEM type.
