You are getting below error, while importing transport request.
CREATE_ENQUEUE_REQUEST
Solution
1. Ensure, there is no running transport at the import queue (execute transaction code STMS_IMPORT). Kill the TP running job from the OS level.
2. Check the RDD* jobs are running properly.
3. Check the table TRBAT, TRJOB from transaction SE16N.
