Transaction code SU05 is the maintenance place for SAP internet user. The internet users are SAP users that are created and managed just like ordinary users in transaction code SU01. With this transaction code, you can do as following,
• Create new user
• Initialize user
• Edit user
• Delete user
• Lock / Unlock user
• Change user password
As of newer SAP version, the transaction code SU05 is no longer in used. You can maintain the users from the transaction code SU01.
