You are getting below error message when performing update activity using SAP SUM tool,
FATAL ERROR: Username is 'yyyadm, but was 'zzzadm' before
Solution
The error occurred when you are using another SUM’s system, probably it was copied from another system.
So, what you need to do?
- You will need to stop the running SUM and delete the directory.
- Extract the SUM SAR again. (you can download a new as well)
- Run the SUM from the new extracted directory.
