Diagnosis
Table &1 is to be activated as a dependent table of a Dictionary object. This is not allowed because the table is currently being converted or conversion was terminated.
System Response
The dependent table &1 will not be activated.
Procedure
Repeat the activation of the object in question after the dependent table has been successfully converted.
