/ACNIP/CU_ASD_SCHEDULER_NEW: ASD ABAP Scheduler new

The /ACNIP/CU_ASD_SCHEDULER_NEW program will extract the data for ASD Reports (Process Reports, Customization Reports and Industry Specific Reports), Metadata Reports and Company Code wise Process Maps.

Prerequisites

Should have a valid WBSE to access ASD tool for first time.
A minimum of 3 BGD process should be given for ASD run.
The SAP version should have ECC 6.0 and above.

Features

The selection screen mainly contains 3 Packages:

ECC Core – It includes Process Reports, Customization Reports and Data Reports (Metadata Reports and Company Code wise Process Maps)
Industry Specific Reports – For Energy Upstream, Energy Downstream, Banking, Life Science & Utilities.
Download Log Tables – To download ASD Log Table, Metadata Log Table & Company Code wise Process Maps Log Table.

Selection

For the first time one needs to provide WBSE details for ASD Data Extraction.

Provide below details in the selection screen.

Back-Up Date (As decided upon)
BGD process. (Given by the respective client) – minimum of 3 BGD work process needs to be provided for ASD data extraction.
Total BGD Process field is auto filled.
NOTE: ABAP Scheduler will not work if Total BGD processes or Given BGD processes are less than 3.
Default Date Period Check box will be auto checked. It can be unchecked to set the required date period for data extraction.
Select the package to be executed – ECC Core, Industry Specific and Download Log Table data.

ECC Core:

a) Select sub-package to be executed like Process Reports, Customization Reports or Data Reports. By default Process Reports will be executed.
b) Process Reports & Customization Reports – Select the required module and execute. We can select multiple check boxes. By clicking on ‘Select All’ button, all check boxes can be checked and by clicking on ‘Unselect All’ button, all check boxes can be unchecked.
c) Data Reports – Execute Metadata or Company Code wise Process Maps by selecting respective radio buttons. By default Metadata Radio button will be selected.

Industry Specific Reports:

Select the respective Radio button and click on execute button to run Indstry specific Reports like Energy Upstream, Energy Downstream, Banking, Life Science and Utilities.

Download Log Table:

Select the respective radio buttons to download the ASD Log data, Metadata Log and Company Code wise Process Maps log to local system. Provide the Destination folder name in Local System and click on ‘Download’ button to Download the log table data.

By clicking on the ‘Refresh’ button, ASD Job summary details can be viewd on the right hand side of the screen.

By clicking on the ‘List of Failed Jobs’ button, failed jobs can be rescheduled by selecting the required jobs from the drop-down list.
