ABAP Search
Purpose
This program searches through the source code of different program objects (reports, function groups and classes) to find the search string(s).
Selection
You can restrict the program objects in the selected packages by specifying “Programs, Function Groups, Classes”. The search strings are linked by a logical AND.
Output
The places where the search strings are found are output in an ALV list. You can branch to the ABAP Workbench (SE80) by double-clicking, depending on the setting you chose beforehand in the display or edit mode. There you can view the place where the program object was found.
