Size
The actual size of the file or folder in bytes.
Size on disk
The amount of space taken up on the disk sectors.
Example
If the disk sectors size is 100 bytes and the file size is 110 bytes. So, the size on disk will be 200 bytes because the file occupied 2 sectors from the disk.
