Failed to create VirtualBox COM object – CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE

You are getting below error when opening the VirtualBox.

Solution

Open the Windows Task Manager, locate all the related VirtualBox process and kill them all! Open the VirtualBox again.
